"Customer service is severely lacking at this agency. Long story short: I discontinued my old vehicle insurance effective 3/29 and, beginning in February, had been making arrangements with CM State Farm to take over on that date. Unbeknownst to me, the new coverage never began. On 4/18 I realized I had no insurance. As it turned out this was due to specific paperwork not being turned over to the Cindy Morgan agency. According to their story, they thought that I had just decided to use another agency. No follow up, no follow through by them, just ‘oh well, she’s moved on’. Although I personally take some blame for naively thinking that all was well, Cindy Morgan did claim that she “owned” the mistake and had spoken to her staff about it. Now almost a month later I’ve received from the state a lapse in coverage penalty notification of $100. Not good."

"My house caught fire last year on Nov. 18th. The fire destroyed 50% of the structure and we lost 100% of the contents due to smoke damage. Our State Farm agent, Cindy Morgan was at our house immediately after the fire with both words of assurance about the house and a genuine concern for our family's well being. This was a complicated claim due to the scope of damage. Cindy and her assistant, Carrie, worked tirelessly to expedite getting the claim processed so that we could rebuild. I cannot say enough about the level of service they provided. They guided me through the claims process, intervened when things did not progress quickly and were in our corner at every turn...they were there for us when it mattered. We no longer view them as our insurance agents, we view them as true friends that went above and beyond any possible expectation.
